IT Administrator (DevOps) (senior) in Vienna
We are looking for a capable IT Administrator (senior), who would take responsibility for operations and support of IT infrastructure
Your skills:
- Profound technical education (HTL, FH, University)
- Min. 3 years work experience in administration of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows) and IP networks
- Experience in design, implementation and operations of high availability IT systems
- Broad experience with MySQL, DB2, SQL
- Experience in troubleshooting and documentation of problem cases
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Independent work style, high engagement, team player
- Profound communicational skills
- Fluent in English in speaking and writing (additional languages are beneficial)
Your tasks:
- Administration of IT infrastructure (Linux, VMware, Windows, networks, security) and firewalls (CISCO)
- Ongoing optimization of IT operations and IP networks
- Conception and execution of high availability and distributed IT systems
- Administration of databases and applications (tomcat, DB2, MySQL)
- Technical documentation of cases
- Optimization of database access and performance
