Back End with Ruby on Rails (junior/mid) in Vienna
We are looking for experienced back end developers, who are ready to work on challenging web applications, REST APIs and integration of external technologies.
Your skills:
- Profound technical education (HTL, FH, University)
- At least 3 years work experience in the field of web applications
- Expertise with Ruby and OOP programming languages
- Expertise with web frameworks (Ruby on Rails, NodeJS and other)
- Experience with HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / MySQL
- Good team and organizational skills
- Advanced command of English (German is optional)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of API design patterns (REST, JSON or similar)
- Experience with Ruby gems frameworks
- Interest in A/B Testing, growth hacking
Your tasks:
- Work on new and existing web apps and implement new features
- Develop REST APIs and integrate external technologies
- Work closely with both frontend and backend developers
