Staff/Senior Accountant (f/m) (Full-time, Part-time) in Vienna
We are looking for a capable accountant to handle daily business and tackle exciting challenges resulting from strong growth and international exposure.
Your skills:
- min. 2 years of experience in accounting
- Austrian certification for accountant or higher-education degree with major in accounting
- Good MS Excel skills
- Excellent German and English skills
- Self-driven, organized, motivated and results oriented
- Experience with BMD NTCS is a nice-to-have
Your tasks:
- Prepare asset, liability, and capital accounts
- Document all financial transactions on daily basis, including but not limited to:
- Billing
- Incoming invoices
- Travel expenses
- Transaction and financial expenses
- Prepare monthly accounts and variance-analysis
- Monitor cost of goods sold and inventories
- Prepare and monitor payroll expenses
- Support and contribute to controlling
- Work together with our CFO and tax advisors for solving complex cases
