We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Scouts to help us expand our network, recognize and attract key talent
You have:
- 0 – 3 years of professional work experience
- Affinity for working with Startups
- Outgoing personality with good networking skills
- Good interpersonal and soft skills
- Good analytical skills and willingness for research
- Good IT skills (MS Office / Google Sheets, Docs)
- Administrative skills
- Self-driven, organized, motivated and results oriented
- German / English command
Your tasks:
- Analyze HR and internal value drivers
- Identify and recruit key talent
- Take care of internal/external job boards
- Screen candidates and work closely with the management
- Attend networking events and expand your personal reach
- Support business development and sales activities
