We are looking for CMO / Head of Sales in Vienna (m/f)
Your responsibilities together with your team:
- Manage, control the international sales and the key accounting team; drive new initiatives
- Responsibility for the entire B2B sales process from marketing material, preparation of written proposals, execution plan to closure of contracts
- Capture and understand prospective customers current and future needs and communicate with product and project management and marketing
- Provide sales forecast, budgeting, growth strategies and market intelligence to support the development of long term strategic business planning
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with key customers and partners
- Organize partner and customer training events
- Corporate marketing – website, marketing material, CI/CD
- Global public relations and employer branding, company events
- Lead & participation of trade shows, conferences and industry events
- Work in a team of Technical Sales, Product Management and Customer Project Services team
- Direct report to the CEO
Your profile:
- Proven international track record in B2B marketing/international sales/business development for embedded or complex technical software and hardware solutions, or electronic components
- Very good understanding of the consumer electronic market and their respective trends and procurement process
- Good technical understanding of software & hardware products
- Team builder with strong leadership skills. ability to hire, lead, manage and train sales team
- Ability to develop a great understanding of the brand, target segments and potential of our story
- Excellent listening and presentation skills (communication at various levels including key technical resources and C-levels)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT), excellent English language skills
- Fast learner, independent with hands on mentality. well organized
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
