Customer Success Manager (full-time/part-time/internships) (F/M)
We are looking for strong performers in Customer Success Management to explore and understand the needs of existing and prospective customers and drive continuous customer satisfaction
General Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- Good understanding of sales funnel and customer care
- Strong attention for detail and problem-solving mindset
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
- Some previous experience in key account management OR investor/sponsor relationships
Your Tasks:
- Contribute to and support with organization of big-scale events
- Ideate and innovate around creation of engaging, visitor-centric side events
- Manage key accounts – communicate with partners & sponsors
- Prepare event orders for sponsors and partners and help them with event preparation
- Support logistics (transport, accommodation) for partners
- Creative conception and preparation of sales documents for the sales team
- Hands-on support and care for key stakeholders during events
