Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manager
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Manager to make substantial impact in the Recruitment activities and help us attract key talent for a strong growth business.
Your skills:
- A university degree (FH, HTL or University)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience (in-house recruiting OR staffing agency OR internships)
- Hands on experience with candidate selection processes
- Good interpersonal and soft skills
- Perfect German and excellent English skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office / Google Sheets, Docs)
- Self-driven, organized, motivated and results oriented
- Passion for new technologies (IT, high-tech, SaaS)
Your tasks:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Assume ownership of recruitment by sourcing and attracting candidates (databases, social media, etc.)
- Take care of job boards (updating job descriptions and specifications) and HR social media postings
- Look after recurring HR- and onboarding topics
- Screen candidates and work closely with the management
