Andras is a Vice President in the Corporate Development/M&A team of i5invest. He supports the execution of Corporate and Business Development projects with a focus on Gaming, EdTech, SaaS business models, and Augmented Reality companies.
Andras started his career at Morgan Stanley, where he performed valuation on structured equity assets and transactions. Throughout his years at the investment bank, he analyzed the impact of general market movements on various business models and industries. Given his background in financial analysis and modeling, he leverages his experience in conducting business valuations, performing in-depth analyses of innovative business models and verticals, and supporting due diligence processes.
Andras studied International Business at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and at the EDHEC Business School in Nice/France, specializing in Corporate Finance and Valuation.
In his spare time, Andras enjoys playing all kinds of sports and exploring new countries and cuisines.
