Luba is an Associate in the Corporate Development/M&A team of i5invest. She supports the execution of Corporate and Business development projects, conducting industry analysis, company valuations and due diligence.
Prior to joining i5invest, Luba worked for a corporate finance firm in Stockholm, where she was engaged in rights issues, private placements and IPOs for Nordic growth companies in tech and life science.
Luba holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics. Luba is fluent in Swedish, English and Russian, and is currently learning German.
