As Vice President, Peter excels in supporting corporate development, M&A, and strategic business development execution across diverse sectors. Previously, Peter worked at one of Canada’s leading software acquirers, working closely with owner-operators in the U.S., Canada, and Europe with a specific focus on technology within manufacturing, supply chain, and STEM verticals.
Peter holds an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University, supplemented by his Chartered Investment Manager designation.
Beyond his professional realm, Peter is an active contributor to community initiatives, most recently fundraising for the Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) Foundation Game Changers and serving on the board of the St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation in Toronto. An avid cyclist, he enjoys training and racing across Canada and the U.S.
