Viktor Penzinger is CEO at i5growth, where he and his team support extraordinary tech companies in various areas of their early-stage development. This includes topics such as positioning / go-to-market strategies, business partnerships, operations and fundraising.
Viktor has gained multiple years of experience in venture capital, company building and innovation consulting. After working for the Berlin-based seed investor b10, Viktor helped to build up an international startup accelerator program and supported some 100+ teams in 2 years. Prior to i5growth, Viktor also guided corporate clients through the company building process from the ideation to the roll-out of new ventures at V_labs.
Viktor holds a Master’s degree in International Management / CEMS from Vienna University of Economics and Business and is a certified trainer. He regularly coaches student teams at universities, following his passion to connect entrepreneurship and education. Besides that, Viktor truly enjoys a good game of football and spending time outdoors.
